Allie Davidson of ARH is passionate about Lifestyle Medicine, where she addresses overall health needs of her patients. Eating foods that are plant based and getting protein from meats instead of processed foods are important as well as getting exercise, prioritizing sleep, and having social connections with family and friends. Thank you, Allie, for the work you are doing to get folks healthier and being our guest speaker today!

Lorie Adams, Family & Consumer Science Extension Agent for Perry County, told about the services offered, which include cooking demonstrations, Book Club, Homemakers Club, health education, plus more. Lorie spoke about offerings for agriculture and 4-H. She started in August and has been extremely busy with programming. She encouraged folks to sign up for the monthly newsletter or check out the Extension Office page on Facebook.
