Perry County Diabetes Coalition

We are a group of community members dedicated to the prevention and effective management of diabetes. We meet at Noon on the first Thursday of each month.

We are a group of concerned community members - professionals, people with diabetes, family members, and others - who want to raise awareness of diabetes as well as provide education on diabetes prevention and effective management. We meet via Zoom, at least for the foreseeable future, so message us for the meeting link.
