Our Mission:

The mission of Kids Hub is to utilize a multidisciplinary approach when responding to child abuse in a way that helps to reduce trauma for child victims and their non-offending caregivers through the use of advocacy, education, prevention and referrals for appropriate services. If you suspect child abuse, please call the Child Abuse Hotline at: 1-800-222-8000

Who we are:

Kids Hub is a non-profit organization with an established Board of Directors. What will we do:

Kids Hub will offer an array of services to child victims of abuse and their non-offending caregivers. Services will include, but are not limited to: forensic interviews, family and victim advocacy, child abuse prevention education within the community and multidisciplinary team case review. What you can do to help:

1) Recognize that child abuse exists in your community.
2) Decide how you can help Kids Hub stand in the gap, and give a voice to children.
3) Donate Now.

Today, we're excited to unveil the new identity of Power of 100 Women: Funding Hope at Kids Hub!

Our refreshed look represents what has always made this circle so special: connection, collective generosity, and the belief that we can accomplish more together than we ever could alone.

Since its beginning in 2023, Power of 100 Women has collectively raised more than $400,000 to support the children and families served by Kids Hub. What began as a shared vision has grown into a powerful circle of women making a lasting difference in our community.

Through an annual commitment to give or raise at least $1,000, these women help fund the vital services that ensure children impacted by abuse are heard, supported, protected, and comforted on their journey toward hope and healing.

To the women who helped build this circle, those who continue to carry it forward, and those who have yet to join us, there is a place for you here.

We've seen what we can accomplish together. Imagine what's possible as our circle continues to grow.

When businesses invest in Mississippi's children, they invest in the future of our communities.

We are incredibly grateful to The Citizens Bank of Philadelphia for their generous $40,000 gift to Kids Hub through the Mississippi Children's Promise Act!

This state tax credit program allows businesses to direct a portion of their Mississippi tax liability toward organizations serving children and families, keeping those dollars invested right here in our communities.

Through this partnership, The Citizens Bank is helping ensure children across the Pine Belt have a safe place to be heard, supported, protected, and comforted.

💚 Today is World Mental Health Day.

For those who have experienced abuse or trauma, healing doesn't happen overnight. Trauma can affect emotional well-being, relationships, and everyday life, making access to mental health care and a strong support system especially important.

At Kids Hub, mental health services are an important part of helping children, adults, and families navigate the healing process. Through compassionate care and support, we help those we serve take steps toward healing and a healthier future.

🎉 Join us in congratulating our Founder and CEO, DiDi Ellis, on graduating from Leadership Pinebelt!

Leadership Pinebelt brings together leaders from across our community to strengthen connections, expand their knowledge of the Pine Belt, and grow their ability to make a positive impact in the places they live and serve.

Throughout the program, DiDi had the opportunity to connect with fellow community leaders, learn more about the people and organizations shaping our region, and continue building relationships that strengthen our community.

We’ve been busy the past few weeks! 💙

From education and outreach to volunteer service and community events, we’re grateful for every opportunity to share more about Kids Hub and connect with those who support children and families across the Pine Belt.

We’ve welcomed William Carey University students to Kids Hub for a volunteer project, partnered with Volunteer USM for an On Campus Weekly Volunteer Service Project, and attended the Southern Miss Volunteer Fair. We also had the opportunity to participate in the Molina Healthcare of Mississippi Community Baby Shower and join both Forrest Health and Marion General Hospital for their United Way Campaign Kickoffs.
