We are getting so close to having a slab poured and getting ready to stand walls. Within the next couple of weeks the slab will be poured (if weather permits). We are so excited for this project, and the expansion of the ministry. We have a list of our prices for material, and also people that have already donated. If you would like to help with construction, just let us know. If you feel led to donate to one of the expenses, give us a call. We are amazed to see what God is doing and invite you to join with us in ministry.

It's been a busy weekend, but we are getting closer to pouring a slab for the new building. Can't wait to see the ministry grow!

One of my favorite verses is from Psalms 42:1. One of my favorite Sunday school teachers sang the song for a special sometimes way back forever ago. That quiet, gentle song brings to mind a beautiful picture of a fawn gently drinking from a cool spring. As I've grown older, and I've now sat in a deer stand many times thinking of this verse ... I now think of a deer that's been running hard. A buck being chased by a pack of dogs, expending every ounce of energy it has to stay ahead of the pack, pressing onward as hard as it can. I believe this verse is more about the second picture. In the book of Hebrews the Apostle Paul talks about running the race. Our life as a Christian is a race, it's a journey we must persevere through. Life is hard, what are you longing for? In Psalms 42 it says we should be longing to meet our Savior, running hard to spread the Good news of Christ and His love for each of us. So today I want you to think about your race... Are you running hard? Or are you laying by streams of water relaxed? Christ is going to return, may we each be found running the race, not sitting on the side lines. Pressing forward to be counted worthy of the calling. Just my thoughts for the morning. How do you see this verse, let me know?

A couple of weeks ago we did out second annual Miss-Lou Whitetails Unlimited Banquet. We want to take some time to thank each and every person that came out to support us.
