ECWB has co-hosted this event with us every year since the very beginning, bringing their knowledge, experience and love of the game to the fields and helping us make Wiffle Bowl such a fun day for everyone who plays.

And these guys know wiffle ball. 🙌

East Coast Wiffle Ball is a competitive local league for players looking to take their game to the next level. If you come out to Wiffle Bowl and discover you’re ready for a little more competition — or you already know you are — definitely check them out and see what ECWB is all about!

We’re incredibly grateful to have them back alongside us for year FOUR of Wiffle Bowl! 💙

We’re so excited to welcome back Gaeta Entertainment for another year of Wiffle Bowl! Mikey has been part of this event for years, keeping the music going, hyping up the teams, making us laugh and bringing the kind of energy that makes the whole day feel like a party.

Gaeta Entertainment is also an incredible supporter of FalconFest throughout the year, and we’re so lucky to have Mikey in our corner. 💛

What originally made you want to join Danvers FalconFest?
About a year before Danvers FalconFest started, I saw a post on Facebook with a picture of the empty downtown Danvers around 4th of July. A resident was saying how sad and lack of spirit Danvers had. This post received a lot of attention with many comments of people echoing feeling the same. Being born and raised in Danvers, I knew I needed to speak up and take action.
💙 Did you know anyone before joining, or did you jump right in?
Not really knowing anyone to start up a new volunteer organization with, I kept conversations going through this post. By doing so I caught the attention of Mike Trainor. From there we chatted for a while, and it was during those initial days I promised myself and the town that these events WILL return.
🎉 What keeps you coming back event after event?
Leading up to our first Downtown Rewind, there were many emotions involved however I knew bringing back that tradition would put us on the map. The turnout followed by feedback from the community proved exactly that.
❤️ What moment made you realize this organization was special?
Here we are, going into our 4th year! The spirit has been restored, and I couldn't be prouder to be a part of this team. Each event brings us closer together as an organization and most importantly, as a community.
🙌 Any advice to people thinking about joining?
To those who are wondering about joining, Please Do!! We welcome you and anyway you are able to offer your time. If you have ever found yourself feeling a need for additional purpose and connection in your life, sign up and join our team!

We’re looking for helping hands throughout the day with things like event setup, activities, and keeping the fields and event area running smoothly, and cleanup.

Whether you can give us a couple of hours or stick around for the whole event, we’d love to have you! 💙

🎓 Students: This is a great opportunity to earn community service hours while helping with a fun community event!

FalconFest events simply wouldn’t happen without our volunteers. Come spend the day with us, enjoy some wiffle ball and ice cream, and help us put on another great community event!
