Region 9 Early Development Network Early Development Network can help you and your family support and promote your child’s development, within your family activities and community life.

Region 9 of the Early Development Network serves Adams, Clay, Southern Hall, Nuckolls and Webster counties in Nebraska. We work with children birth to 3 to help them meet developmental milestones in any area. This is a FREE service to the family. This page will be used to inform families of trainings, activities in their community and anything else we feel is helpful.
