Whether you are locking-in for your first 5K, ramping-up your marathon training or just looking to get some extra miles in - we’ve got you covered.

On select Thursdays and Sundays this Summer, we’re linking up for group runs, track workouts & more.

New route alert !! 🚨

Starting today, our long route gets a little longer and features a crowd favorite - STAIRS 🤪

Tell a friend to tell a friend, we’ll be down by the river 🎶

Please remember, the longer route is running only and we advise only to do it if you run a 11 min pace or faster. We always have sags so no one gets left behind but they serve as sweepers and will redirect people on the longer route as needed.

PLEASE NO HEADPHONES! We are in a city and a social community, headphones isolate you from your surroundings and we aim for the community to be as safe as possible.

One mile, aka the best mile, stays the same and all are welcome to do the one mile route (as many times as you choose) if not sure about the new distance or pace.

It’s the 4th, it’s the World Cup, it’s just a great time to celebrate culture and heritage! Wear a flag or the colors of the flag representing your culture. We want to see all the corners of the world that are represented here in Hartford!

As always, we’ll meet @ the Black Lives Matter Mural / Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Arch on Trinity Street in Bushnell Park @ 6PM.
