Our Children's Holiday fund helps bring holiday magic to families of the Peninsula by partnering with local nonprofits to put on events and provide services.

We are able to make this happen through generous donations from our community, which we are eternally grateful for!

We are excited to continue one of our newer partnerships with the Ferguson Center for the Performing Arts that, for every ticket sold to their “Family Series,” donates $1 directly to the Children's Holiday Fund!

The wait is officially over! ☀️📰 The Summer Edition of The Peninsula Perspective is out!

In this issue, our CEO Adelia Thompson shares a beautiful reflection on the difference between being thankful and being grateful. While thankfulness is a wonderful moment-to-moment expression, gratitude runs deeper—it’s an utter, soul-encompassing sense of blessing. 👏 Record-Breaking Give Local 757: You showed up in historic numbers! Hampton Roads gave more money and made more gifts to more organizations than ever before. This is game-changing support for the nonprofits serving our neighbors.

🎨 Newport News Public Art Foundation: We are honored by their trust in us to help care for their resources, and so grateful for the beautiful art across Newport News that invites us to find delight in unexpected places.

🎓 Fueling Big Dreams: Celebrating the incredible students receiving support from our 23 scholarship funds as they dive into their "next."

🍎 Entrepreneurial Educators: Spotlighting the dedicated teachers who received educator grants this year, made possible by Langley Federal Credit Union channeling support across the Hampton Roads and beyond.
