New Leash K9 Rescue New Leash K9 Rescue is a rescue group focusing on saving, sharing and networking animals in need!! Want to make a donation? PayPal is [email protected]

New Leash K9 Rescue is located in Hampton Roads, VA. We take in dogs from all kinds of situations, from abused and neglected to having to give up your dog due to everyday life circumstances. Typically we take in the dogs that are put up for "free" on craigslist. We ALL know what can happen to those babies! We also have had a few owner surrenders, due to moving and having a new baby. All of our pets are adopted out current on shots, heart worm and flea preventative and will be spayed or neutered if they are of appropriate age. A contract and house check is required in order to adopt any dog or puppy. We do require a vet reference and two personal references.

*If you would like to make a donation please email [email protected] for information or you can do so via paypal with [email protected]

*We are always in need of fosters, volunteers, people who can help transport and people to help with fundraisers!

Hey friends! We could use some help for one of our hospice fosters… she needs meds that our vet does not have in stock and we need to order for pick up through CVS. Would anyone like to help with a donation towards the meds? We need to get them picked up today and it’s $268.44!

Hey friends ♥️ we need your help! One of our hound babies has what’s called caval syndrome.. she is being treated for heartworms and the heartworms are building up on the right side of her heart causing issues with blood flow.. she is currently stable but she needs a surgical procedure done where they run microscopic instruments to her heart to remove the worms.

We have only ever had one other dog in 14 years of doing rescue that has had heartworms this bad and needing similar treatment.. we are nervous and praying for the best outcome! Our vet thinks she has a shot at a successful recovery BUT we need to raise funds to cover the procedure..

If you can help with a monetary donation, I would greatly appreciate it!! Our rescue fund is depleted..
