30 days before the FAST & FUNKY 5K‼🥇🪩 Join us Saturday September 26th on the certified 5K course at the . There will be music, awards, and fun to be shared.. oh and TIE DYE! This year, we will be hosting a tie dye station for participants to create their own funky 5K shirts too ☯ Come on out for a groovy time 🕺🏃 Register now to secure your long sleeve 5K shirt! May is Mental Health Awareness Month, Saturday, May 16,2026. There will be two amazing events, one in Newport News, one in Hampton. Both will have amazing practical resources, community vendors and so much more. Come out for wellness activities and great community resources.
