GO Rescue Pet Adoption Center Giving Dogs the Precious Gift of More Tomorrows. A woman that I barely knew gave me starter $$ to find that safe place. https://www.gorescuedogs.com

In 2011 we lost our home and my focus then became how to keep the dogs that I've rescued from going back to the shelter until they can find great homes. So we had an empty building, just 4 walls and a cement floor. 2 years prior I took in a handicapped boxer from a family whom I didn't know. This turned out to be a miracle for us, as they (Bay Mechanical) came to our rescue and donated electricians, plumbers, and builders so I could keep my current rescues safe and continue to grow our rescue efforts. We became State approved and 501c3 NON-PROFIT. It continues to be a very long road, but we're proud to say that we're in the unprecedented position of having the opportunity to purchase our own shelter and create the areas' ONLY 4,300 sq ft Home-Like Dog Rescue/Adoption Center! So far we have given over 2,000 dogs the precious gift of tomorrow...we rely on the kindness of those who truly care to help keep our mission alive! Won't YOU help us give more dogs the precious gift of tomorrow?

We NEEED sponsors for Bandit and her boys!! In ADDITION to the $1,200 in recent vet bills, I still had to get both pups neutered, vaccinated, microchips, and fecals before they can be adopted...this ADDED ANOTHER $600+ to their vet care (totaling now over $1,800 😵)....quite honestly I'm at a total standstill until we get sponsors for these pups AND until Mom & pups find great homes. (We're completely out of $$ and space)
Rescue ISN'T free, it ISN'T cheap, and it ISN'T a one person job. EVERYONE on our page can help out, even a little bit adds up when enough people step up and help

years ago, Molly and I were rescuing several scared little dogs from an overcrowded animal control...as we put them in my car, there was a super terrified dog being pulled from their car right beside us. His owner had moved out and left him behind with a roommate who couldn't care for him.
He was literally fighting for his life and was trying SO hard to stay in their vehicle. I told the guy to sign him over to me and he'd be leaving with us.
Memphis was (and is) SUCH a good boy! His Mom & Dad know how lucky they are to have him in their lives and they regularly send photos to let me know how loved he is......also a great reminder of why I continue rescuing, even when no one seems to remember that this simply can't be a one person show....D0nating when you can is THE difference between leaving them behind or being able to give them a safe place to lay their head. (We still have our little family of 3 needing sponsors for their vetting)

Ruby is home!!
Late Sunday evening I received a call that a small dog had been found and couldn't be brought into the finders house due to their having 2 dog-aggressive dogs...little Rubys' only option was to be tied outside overnight, so I immediately took her in. This morning I was able to contact her owners and now she's safely back in the living arms of her family! Thanks to the ladies who chose to step up and help this little one ❤️
