Lutecia has proudly served with Hampton VAMC for more than 28 years, working in various capacities throughout her distinguished career. She has also served as Acting Chief Nurse of GEC, demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership and excellence in Veteran care.

She currently serves as the Nurse Manager for the Virginia Beach CBOC, where she continues to lead with compassion, professionalism, and dedication to those we serve.

Please join us in welcoming and celebrating Natacha Lonergan, RN, as a valued member of NOVA-HAMPTON Chapter 418! 💙💛

With over 17 years of nursing experience, Natacha brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion, particularly in mental health and substance use care. Her seven years serving as a Department of Defense contractor provided meaningful experience supporting military service members with behavioral health needs.

She is currently pursuing her graduate education to become a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)—continuing her commitment to professional growth and excellence in nursing.

Her personal connection to the military community, as the wife of a disabled Veteran, has further strengthened her dedication to serving Veterans, military members, and their families.

Natacha’s commitment to advocacy, leadership, education, compassionate care, and advancing the nursing profession reflects the spirit of NOVA-HAMPTON 418.
