October 7, 2023 changed us forever. But three years later, we are still here.
Today, we remember the lives stolen, the families forever changed, the soldiers who went to defend Israel and never came home, and all those still carrying physical and emotional wounds from that day and everything that followed.
Out of that unimaginable pain, Operation Israel was born.
What began as an urgent effort to get protective equipment into the hands of soldiers heading into danger became something none of us could have imagined. Three years later, Operation Israel has grown into a community of volunteers, donors, partners, and friends united by one purpose: protecting those who protect Israel.
Together, we have delivered more than 181,000 critical items, supported over 128,000 soldiers and first responders, raised nearly $11.7 million, and expanded our work into life-saving technology, special projects, training, community protection, and trauma recovery.
None of it would have been possible without you.
To every donor who answered the call. Every volunteer who gave their time. Every person who shared our mission, opened a door, made an introduction, packed a box, funded a need, or simply refused to look away: thank you.
As Operation Israel enters its fourth year, we will keep standing by the IDF and its heroes. We will continue our protective work and advance our community protection initiative to help communities keep their homes safe. We will also pursue the care soldiers need after they return home, including the trauma-recovery program we are raising funds to make possible.
Thank you for trusting us, for staying with us, and for making this community what it is.
Three years later, we are still here. And we are not going anywhere.
