❤️ A Heartfelt Thank You to Ebenezer Country Store ❤️
Sometimes, the people who make the biggest difference are the ones who simply see a need and step forward to help.
Twice in the past few weeks, our department has responded to motor vehicle accidents on the highway in front of Ebenezer Country Store. Both times, the owner and his family came running out to check on those involved, asking if everyone was okay and if anyone needed anything.
And both times, they went a step further. They brought water and Gatorade out to our first responders, helping us stay hydrated while working in the heat of the day.
What makes this kindness even more meaningful is that it was done quietly and genuinely — no cameras, no recognition sought, and no expectation of anything in return. Just good people seeing others in need and doing what is right.
To the family at Ebenezer Country Store: thank you. Your compassion, kindness, and willingness to help remind us that true community is built by people who look out for one another. We are incredibly grateful for you and for the support you have shown not only to those involved in these incidents, but also to the first responders serving our community.
Thank you for being the kind of neighbors who make a difference in our little community.
