Thursday night, we gathered with staff, volunteers, board members, community leaders, donors, and friends for our Annual Impact Celebration at The 1863 Club.

It was a special evening recognizing the incredible people who have helped shape our Y's story and those who continue to bring our mission to life every day.

Throwback Thursday! ❤️

Did you know long before it became our Battenkill YMCA, this familiar building on Main Street in Greenwich was home to not one, but two grocery stores!?

Dating back to at least the 1970s, the building was once an A&P supermarket and later became an IGA grocery store.

In 2010, renovations began to transform the former grocery store into a YMCA, and in January 2011, the Battenkill Branch officially opened its doors.

While the building has changed quite a bit over the years, one thing has remained the same: it's been a familiar gathering place for generations of Greenwich residents.

Come visit us at Greenwich Youth Center's Halloween Parade on Sunday!

Join us this Sunday, October 25th for the 35th Annual Halloween parade! After the parade, we have a bunch of amazing food, games and activities for kids and families to participate in!
There will be multiple food trucks on site. We will have the following businesses and organizations doing activities:
Greenwich Free Library
Saratoga Regional YMCA
Comfort Food Community

There will be balloon animals and a magic show done by BTC Family Entertainment. The Bubble Man will walk the parade and be there with fun, big bubbles!

Our annual Trunk or Treat has been a community favorite for years, and this year was no exception! 🎃

One thousand participants joined us for an afternoon of trick-or-treating, and the creativity was on full display! From fun themes to impressive decorations, our trunks did not disappoint.

A big congratulations to this year’s trunk winners! 🏆

We love seeing the creativity and excitement this event brings each year. Thank you to everyone who joined us and to our incredible staff for making another Trunk or Treat such a success!
