From tracking missing persons to detecting hazards, these dogs are essential to first responders. Many departments don’t have the funding to support K9 units, which is why we’re proud to help provide the resources they need to serve and protect.

Last week 5 of our brother firemen volunteered to be camp counselors at Embers of Hope Fl summer camp. Embers of hope puts on a one week camp for pediatric burn survivors. This is basically a "YES!" week for these special kids.
The camp has sports, swimming, fishing, games, crafts, all the snacks a kid can eat and much more.
Thursday our local went all out and cooked a big Bar-B-Q dinner for campers, counselors, and staff. What an amazing time and an amazing thing happening in these kids lives. The impact on the adults is just as big as the impact on the kids.
Thank you Embers of Hope FL for letting Clay County Professional Firefighters be part of this amazing time.
