Support Team Tart Cherry – MS 150 North Florida.

We’re Team Tart Cherry, a group of active-duty firefighters from Clay County who share a passion for endurance sports and serving our community. Currently there are 4 of us riding and possibly more. The link below will take you to our homepage where you can donate to each rider.

This year marks our first time riding this wonderful race, a two-day cycling event dedicated to raising funds and awareness for those living with multiple sclerosis. Every mile we ride is for a purpose bigger than ourselves.

To participate, each rider is required to raise a minimum of $300, and we’re asking for your support to help us reach that goal. Hopefully we can raise $3362.

Your donation will:

* Help us meet our fundraising requirement to ride

* Support critical MS research and programs

* Make a real impact for individuals and families affected by MS

As firefighters, we’re committed to showing up when it matters most—this is just another way we can give back.

Any amount helps, and we truly appreciate your support. Thank you for backing Team Tart Cherry and helping us make a difference!

I’m participating in Bike MS: Cycle to the Shore 2026 to raise funds for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Nearly one million people in the US are living with the challenges and uncertainty of MS. With more than $1 billion invested in MS research, the Society has categorically transformed t...

Putnam County Fire Rescue Professionals Local 3529 and Clay County Professional Firefighters are working the Railroad Fire. Spanning two counties, this fire is over 4,100 acres and 50% contained. This fire cant be faught alone. We want to also recognize Florida Department of Forestry, St. Johns River Water Management, CCSO, FWC, Clay County Emergency Management, Valencourt, those amazing pilots both fixed and rotor wing, and our dispatchers. All who have worked long hours into the night to minimize damage from this fire. Thank you to the community, churches, Republican Clubs, small businesses, and our local and state politicians for stepping up to support us. The donations have been amazing and are being used on the fire line to keep everyone hydrated and fed. This fire is not over and unfortunately fire season is just getting started.

This morning, active duty Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department Engineer Colton Tibbetts passed away.

He was a beloved son, brother, friend, and a dedicated firefighter who served our community with pride.

Colton followed in his father Brian’s footsteps when he joined JFRD three years ago. In November, he was promoted to Engineer at just 22 years old, a reflection of his commitment, work ethic, and the firefighter he was becoming.

We ask that you keep the Tibbetts family, his crew, and all members of JFRD in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
