Good morning MBHA membership, first off I would like to apologize for not making an announcement or communicating with you sooner, we had a little technical, difficulty. Also, I would like to apologize for not being able to be present at state and for the meeting on Sunday.
I recently have taken a position with the Montana Department of livestock, as a district 14 investigator. This position has required me to move to the greater cascade area. I was in the process of moving two trailer loads over the weekend of state and had some hiccups. Which caused me to be late and not be able to get into the meeting.
Secondly, I would like to thank Juli Jo and Larry for their commitment, dedication, and time that they have put into this association. We appreciate everything you have done through the years. It is a thankless job.
Now looking forward at the future with MBHA, I ask you all to be patient with us. With trying to get settled into a new job and a new location. Also the changes that we’ve made within the board. There are a lot of moving parts that we need to get together. Then in turn we are going to reach out to the membership, because we want your thoughts and input.
So as we get things situated to present some ideas, we will be sending out a survey. We will send out a notification when the survey is ready to go and we ask that you take the time to share your feedback.
I will be making arrangements with the board for us to have a meeting and then after the results of the surveyor come back, then we will have more discussion.
We look forward to hearing from our members, and we are excited about the things to come for this association.
Please feel free to reach out to me, Sheri and your local directors at any time.
Again, I asked for a little patience and we will get going on this next exciting year for MBHA.
Stay warm and safe this weekend and Happy Barrel racing!
