Grandview Assistance Program

Registration for the 2026 Adopt A Family Program is now open for children Birth-18 years of age AND residents of the City of Grandview and/or Grandview CSD #4.

Applications will be accepted via google forms this year. EACH CHILD needs to be registered separately.

Staff will follow up with each application to collect additional required documents, (Picture ID, current utility/lease/mortgage, verification of your most recent months income) in order to complete enrollment.

Time for a tough truth, drugs affect people of all socioeconomic status, all faiths, and all ages. If you or a loved one are struggling with a opioid problem and you would like to be prepared with a nasal Narcan, you can get them for free here at the GAP office during normal operating hours. No questions asked, come in and help yourself.

The annual "Food For Fines" program is back and our good friends at the Grandview Branch will be partnering with GAP. So please share this great opportunity with your friends and neighbors.

Also, take some time and go visit the library and get your library card reactivated. Knowledge is power but keep your voice down.

Today is National Food Bank Day and to help celebrate this we want to give a great big shout out to Harvesters - The Community Food Network. Harvesters is a name that we all know and trust and they are our regions official Food Bank that supports hundreds of local Food Pantries like GAP. Thank you for all you do.

GAPs annual school supplies giveaway is up and running. Our volunteers have a well oiled machine here. We love passing out smiles and getting students excited about the upcoming school year!
