When we think about living a life of miracles, we often think about faith, boldness, or the power of the Holy Spirit. All of these are important. But as I look at the life and ministry of Jesus, I see another common denominator behind so many of His miracles: Compassion.

The compassion of Jesus was never simply an emotion. It was the mercy and love of God stirring so deeply within His heart that He was moved to respond. Compassion compelled Him to bring help, healing, hope, and restoration to those in need.

Every time we see Jesus moved with compassion in the Gospels, His compassion produced action.

-He saw the hungry, and compassion fed them.

-He saw the sick, and compassion healed them.

-He saw the l***r, and compassion cleansed him.

-He saw a grieving mother whose son had died, and compassion brought life.

-He saw the multitudes scattered like sheep without a shepherd, and compassion sent laborers into the harvest.

The miracle wasn't disconnected from the compassion. The miracle was the expression of the compassion.

Jesus was showing us what the Father is like. He wasn't trying to convince a reluctant Father to heal, restore, or help people. He was revealing the Father's heart.

And that compassion has not changed. Hebrews 13:8 tells us, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”

If Jesus was moved with compassion toward suffering humanity then, He is still moved with compassion today. And now, that same Jesus lives in us.

His mission has become our mission. His compassion is meant to find expression through us.

Miracles are where compassion and faith come together! Faith isn't simply believing that God can do something. Faith becomes powerful when we become convinced that He is willing—when we see His heart toward the hurting, broken, sick, and lost.

I believe this is one of the great keys to living a lifestyle of miracles:

-We see His compassion.

-We receive His compassion.

-We become expressions of His compassion.

The love that drove Jesus to the cross is the same love that now drives us to the lost.

Faith plus compassion = miracles .

Zambians are some of the most resourceful people I know. During a recent speed run to the Tanzanian border to buy materials for the Kabwe building project, we ended up doing a full brake job on our 26-ton Scania right on the side of the great north road.

🦅 𝑮𝑶𝑫'𝑺 𝑷𝑹𝑶𝑴𝑰𝑺𝑬

"But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."

💙 𝑮𝑶𝑫'𝑺 𝑷𝑹𝑬𝑺𝑪𝑹𝑰𝑷𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵

God's promise isn't merely to help you survive life's challenges—it's to renew your strength. He restores vitality and empowers you to remain strong, regardless of your age. Scripture doesn't present aging as an inevitable decline. Instead, it gives us examples like Moses, whose strength remained at 120, and Caleb, who at 85 was ready to conquer giants.

The key is found in Isaiah 40:31: waiting on the Lord. This isn't passive waiting. The Hebrew word means to intertwine or bind together, like strands woven into a strong rope. As you remain in close fellowship with God, His life becomes your life, and His strength becomes your strength.

When you wait on Him, your strength is renewed—literally exchanged. You trade your human weakness for His divine power. 🙌 The result is a life that rises above limitations, runs with endurance, and walks through every season without giving up.

The eagle is a beautiful picture of this truth. Eagles don't exhaust themselves by constantly flapping their wings. They ride the wind currents that carry them higher. In the same way, those who depend on God don't have to strive in their own strength. 🦅 His Spirit lifts and sustains them.

Renewed youth isn't about turning back the clock—it's about receiving a continual supply of life from the One who never grows weary. God's strength never runs out, and He gladly shares it with His children.

If you've been feeling tired, discouraged, or limited by age or long seasons of difficulty, remember this: God's promise is not just survival—it's renewal. ✨ He will give you fresh strength to run your race, overcome every challenge, and finish stronger than you started. The God who began a good work in you will faithfully carry you to the finish line, strengthening you every step of the way. ❤️

💙 𝑮𝑶𝑫'𝑺 𝑷𝑹𝑬𝑺𝑪𝑹𝑰𝑷𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵

The same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you right now. 🙌 Think about that—the power that defeated death and raised Christ to life is dwelling inside you.

This promise isn't only about the future resurrection. Romans 8:11 says the Holy Spirit gives life to your mortal body—the body you live in today. God's desire isn't for you to simply endure sickness, weakness, or exhaustion until Heaven. His Spirit supplies strength, health, restoration, and life now.

When you were born again, your spirit was made new, and God placed His Holy Spirit within you. His presence transforms every part of you—spirit, soul, and body. Just as He fills your heart with faith and peace, He also brings life and vitality to your physical body.

This promise goes beyond miraculous healing moments. It's also about daily renewal. God's life strengthens you to fulfill your purpose without being overcome by life's pressures. His life is more than the absence of disease—it's the presence of His divine strength and vitality. ✨

Picture every cell in your body responding to the life of the Holy Spirit. Weakness is replaced with strength. Pain gives way to His resurrection power. Your body is being strengthened according to God's design. This isn't wishful thinking—it's part of His covenant promise.

The enemy wants to wear you down, but the Spirit of God within you is greater than any attack on your body. He doesn't simply repair what's broken—He fills you with the very life of God. His life is stronger than disease, greater than fatigue, and more powerful than decay.

Today, choose to focus on the Spirit who lives in you instead of your symptoms. Speak God's Word over your body. Declare that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is working in you. 🕊️ The Holy Spirit isn't just visiting you—He lives in you, continually releasing His life as you believe and receive by faith. ❤️

Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. (Psalm 103:1–5 NKJV)

𝑮𝒐𝒅'𝒔 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 🙏

David begins Psalm 103 by speaking to his own soul: "Bless the Lord... and forget not all His benefits." He understood that our mind, will, and emotions can easily forget God's goodness. Life's pressures, disappointments, and distractions can cause us to lose sight of His faithfulness. That's why we must intentionally remember.

These benefits aren't bonuses—they are covenant promises:
✨ Forgives all your sins
✨ Heals all your diseases
✨ Redeems your life from destruction
✨ Crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies
✨ Satisfies you with good things and renews your strength like the eagle's

Notice that forgiveness and healing are mentioned together. God doesn't separate them, and neither should we. The same Savior who forgives every sin also heals every disease. If you trust Him for forgiveness, you can trust Him for healing.

God's covenant provides for the whole person—spirit, soul, and body. He forgives, heals, restores, protects, renews, and satisfies. His grace leaves nothing untouched.

The danger isn't that God forgets His promises—it's that we forget them. Forgetfulness weakens faith, but remembering builds it. David stirred his own heart by recalling God's goodness, and we should do the same.

As we meditate on His benefits, our perspective changes. We stop living like victims of our circumstances and begin living as heirs of God's Kingdom. Instead of asking, "Will God do it?" we can confidently declare, "He has provided all I need!" 💙

God hasn't changed. His benefits haven't expired. His covenant is still sure. If He forgave then, He forgives today. If He healed then, He heals today. If He renewed strength then, He renews strength today.

During our recent outreach at the Mantapala Refugee Settlement, home to more than 10,000 Congolese refugees, we had the privilege of holding a seminar for the pastors and believers before the afternoon crusade.

We met in a simple village church built with mud walls, wooden poles, and a thatched roof. There was no electricity or running water, but the room was packed with pastors and believers who were hungry to learn, grow, and be equipped. It’s always a powerful reminder that the Church is not a building—it’s people who love Jesus.

It was a wonderful time of teaching, encouragement, and ministry. Steve Shoop and I taught. Many were baptized in the Holy Spirit and left better equipped to serve their community with the Gospel. What a privilege to see God strengthening His Church in one of the world’s often-forgotten places

✨ 𝗚𝗢𝗗'𝗦 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗘 ✨

📖 “And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.” — Romans 5:11 (NKJV)

💛 𝗚𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

The gospel is the story of the greatest divine exchange. ✝️ Jesus took what was ours so we could receive what was His. He became sin so we could become righteous. He took our curse so we could receive His blessing. He bore our sickness so we could walk in health. 🕊️ He carried our poverty so we could share in His abundance.

Romans 5:11 declares that we have now received reconciliation—not someday, not if we qualify, but now. 🙌 Reconciliation means more than restored relationship with God; it also speaks of an exchange. At the cross, Jesus took everything sin brought into the world—🤕 sickness, 😔 shame, 😨 fear, 💸 lack, and 💔 brokenness—and in return gave us His righteousness, 🕊️ peace, ❤️ health, 😊 joy, and 🌿 provision.

The exchange was complete. ✨ Every area affected by the fall was addressed at Calvary. If it came through sin, Jesus dealt with it on the cross. Yet many believers live as though the exchange was only partial, accepting forgiveness while continuing to carry burdens Christ already bore.

🙏 Faith receives what Jesus has already accomplished. You no longer have to pay for what He paid for or carry what He carried. 🩸 His blood established a covenant that secured every promise. The enemy has no legal right to what Christ removed, and through Him, you have access to everything He provided.

📖 When you pray or declare God's Word, you are not trying to persuade God to bless you—you are standing on what Jesus already purchased. Healing, peace, provision, and joy are not rewards to earn; they are your inheritance in Christ. 🎁

🌟 Don't settle for a partial gospel. Receive the fullness of the great exchange. Live as one who has been fully reconciled, fully restored, and fully blessed through Jesus Christ. ❤️
