Last week, we sent some volunteers to represent Flourish at the Going Green Event on the 17th! It was an amzing experience, thank you so much Bridging The Gap The Gap for hosting the event and creating a space for organizations that care about the environment to come together.

While browsing our kitchen aisle, our guests can choose from a selection or different types of cooking and bakeware. Right now, we need more large casserole dishes to help our guests prepare meals for their families!

Drop off Donations Tuesday-Saturday from 9am-Noon, or you can always check out our Wishlist for other needed items!

Spooky season is in full swing, and with Halloween only a few weeks away we thought we'd share how eerie the warehouse can feel when there's no one else around.

Here are some of the views around the warehouse throughout the week. The volunteers are the backbone of this organization, and we wouldn't be able to function without their support!

Cereal bowls are one of the most frequently used kitchen items in any home, and we work hard to include a full set for every family we serve. Right now, our supply is running low — can you help us restock this essential item?

The holidays can make a new space feel like home, but our holiday shelves are looking a bit bare, and we need your help to fill them with seasonal cheer!

Help us stock up on spooky decor, fall centerpieces, menorahs, ornaments, string lights, Christmas trees and wreaths so our guests can celebrate every occasion in their new homes!

We’re excited to invite all volunteers to join us at Flourish for an evening of teamwork and productivity as we tackle some special projects together on October 6th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm! Whether you’re a regular or new to evening volunteering, this is a great opportunity to make a difference, connect with fellow volunteers, and help us accomplish important tasks that keep our mission moving forward. Please bring a friend and help us knock out some projects! We hope you’ll join us for a fun and rewarding night of service!

This warehouse is in fact big enough for all of us! At Flourish we have nearly 50,000 square feet of endless opportunities to volunteer and learn from other volunteers, including the two cowboys in the video.

Come make a difference for families in the KC metro and sign up here to volunteer!
