Our emphasis is on doing the hands-on, messy things that most parents can't or don't want to pull off at their own kitchen tables.

Ancient Egypt, archeology, Mesopotamia, Sumerians…that’s just the beginning of our history this year ! The fun has just begun! Since we investigated how the Egyptians made mummies, we set out to mummify an apple. The question was posed to younger students: which variable will best preserve the apple? 1) baking soda 2) vinegar 3) sugar 4) salt
Each gave a hypothesis and we will be checking over the next few weeks to see who was correct.
