We brought movement and a full Mental Health Resource Fair into the same space.
And people actually engaged.

Not just walking.
Stopping. Talking. Connecting to real support.

That’s the shift.

In partnership with Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. Eta Eta Chapter and Center for Transforming Lives, Fort Worth, this experience created access in a way that felt natural, not forced.

That matters.

At iThrive, we focus on how young people show up in the world. How they think, how they respond, how they lead, and how they grow through what life puts in front of them.

Because right now, a lot of our youth are navigating more than they’ve been equipped for.

So we build environments that help them reset, refocus, and move forward with clarity.
