Exciting news! HR-Nebraska State Council is launching a new Diversity Initiative for 2025, and you're invited to our first FREE learning opportunity. Join us for a one-hour webinar, pre-approved for recertification credit for all local chapter members.

Webinar Overview:
Are you ready to move beyond understanding bias to actively disrupting it? Join us for 'Unlocking Bias: From Awareness to Action,' where we'll demystify how bias works in the brain and reveal its impact in the workplace. We'll equip you with a shared vocabulary by exploring seven key bias types, and provide practical strategies to interrupt bias and foster a supportive workplace environment.
