Our mission is to improve the psychological well-being of everyon In 2000, work was initiated by Elliott at St.

Lee Elliott, founder of the Wonderful Life Project, earned his industrial psychology degree and is currently a professor at Doane College. He served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Foundation Development at St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island for approximately thirty years. Francis in an attempt to reduce turnover and reduce conflict within the organization. The work was then r

eplicated at General Collection in Grand Island on a smaller scale. Based on the outstanding results from Lee’s work, he started the Wonderful Life Project in 2011.

We all have biases. That’s just a given. It’s also true that we are probably going to hear things during conflicts that we don’t like. Our reaction can pull us away from hearing what is being said and it may color our interpretation of things said after that. It is important to recognize your biases to overcome conflict.
