Make sure you have your calendars marked for our upcoming Fall General Membership Meeting and Awards Banquet! This is one of our most vital meetings of the year as we celebrate our incredible exhibitors and lay the groundwork for our 2027 show season.
We need your voice, your fresh ideas, and your leadership to keep our club growing stronger both inside and outside the arena! 🌟📋
🗳️ Officer Elections (Two-Year Terms):
We will be holding official votes for two key officer positions on our leadership team. These roles require dedicated individuals ready to make a two-year commitment:
• Vice President
• Treasurer
If you are passionate about the future of our club and interested in running, we would absolutely love to have you step up! We do ask that anyone running keeps the timeline in mind, as we expect these individuals to fully fulfill their terms. 🙌💼
🤝 Board Member Positions (Year-to-Year):
Not ready for an officer role but still want to help steer the ship? We can always use extra Board Members! These positions do not require a club vote and are a flexible, year-to-year commitment. It is the perfect way to get involved and give back to your horse family.
💡 Fresh Ideas Wanted for 2027!
We are actively welcoming new suggestions, class ideas, show venue ideas, and feedback for next year's show schedule. We will be discussing all of this during the general meeting portion, so please plan to attend and make your voice heard! 🗣️🌾
