TODAY IS ALABAMA FREE FISHING DAY!
Today, Alabama is waiving fishing license requirements for residents and non-residents, allowing everyone to enjoy fishing in most public freshwater and saltwater locations across the state, completely free for the day!
This year's Free Fishing Day falls during Red Snapper Season, meaning saltwater anglers can fish without purchasing a reef fish endorsement for today.
Whether you're a seasoned angler or introducing your kids to fishing for the first time, today is the perfect opportunity to get outside and enjoy Alabama's beautiful waterways.
