Renter is responsible for taking trash to the dumpster and removal of all decorations. This includes excessive trash in the parking lot or on the grounds. Renter is expected to make a reasonable effort to return all furniture to its original locations. NO FREE TIME FOR SET UP OR TA

All day rate (12 hours) $800-1000 depending on space used. Includes all fees except security guards

Wedding Package: Fri 2pm-midnight and Sat 8am-midnight $1800
Additional $100 per hour for hours after midnight
Includes fees except for security guards. Sunday – Thursday after 2pm – $60-75/hour depending on space used. SECURITY GUARD Required for minimum $60/hour for 2 guards for parties with alcohol service and/or recommended majority teenage guests. Parties of 100 or more require at least 3 guards at $30 per hour/guard.
