The Friends of Granby Parks and Recreation will be meeting next Tuesday, March 17th, at 6:30 PM in the conference room at the Granby Police Department. We welcome anyone interested in getting involved in their local community this year.

We are also currently seeking a Correspondence Clerk who would be responsible for the group’s public communications, including (but not limited to) our social media. If this sounds like something you—or someone you know—might be interested in, please reach out or attend our upcoming meeting. It’s also a great opportunity to gain experience and build your résumé while contributing to the community.

We are excited to host our third annual Trick or Treat Movie in the Park Night on October 25th, 2025. Trick or Treating starts at 5PM, Movie starts around 6:30.. We hope to see you all there!

The Friends of Granby's Park and Rec wants YOUR HELP deciding which movie to show at this years Trick or Treat Movie in the Park night. The event will be held on October 25th, starting with trick or treating at 5pm at Dufresne Park in Granby.

Our group has narrowed it down to the following 3 Movies, We would love to hear your input! Please keep in mind the movies are in no particular order.

1. A MineCraft Movie (2025)
2. Monsters Inc. (2001)
3. Hotel Transylvania (2012)
