Allana Smiles Foundation - Making a Difference with Dentistry

Eleven doctors have joined the Allana Smiles team in just two days.
These doctors commit to helping patients diagnosed with cancer to get a dental clearance prior to starting Cancer treatment .
Some people face the reality of not being able to afford the dental clearance ( an exam and necessary procedures to clear a patient of active infection and/or decay) The dental clearance is necessary prior to starting chemo or radiation in many types of cancer.
Just imagine being told you need cancer treatment to begin and then hitting a financial roadblock. It shouldn't be a challenge that any family faces. The diagnosis of cancer is heavy enough. Allana Smiles was created to take away the potential road blocks a patient might face.
