South Hadley Family Center Indoor playgroup for young children and their caregiver. Welcome to the South Hadley Family Center.

Participation is at one’s own risk and the SHFC is not liable for any injury or illness resulting from participation in said event. A cooperative playgroup where caregivers meet and young children play. Come join us for fun, socialization, crafts, snack and story time. The SHFC is a non-profit organization that is directed by the Board of Directors (volunteers) and the center’s Director. The SHFC

is not affiliated with any religious group and is welcome to all. The SHFC does not discriminate on basis of color, race, national origin, religion, s*x, disability, s*xual orientation, political beliefs, or marital, family or economic status. Donations, grants and fundraising efforts support 100% of annual budget.

2026–2027 Greater Holyoke YMCA Afterschool Program Registration is Now Open!

Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is officially open. Families can register by scanning the QR code on the flyer or by visiting the link below:

After submitting your registration, you will receive an email with a secure link to complete your child’s required enrollment forms through UpBup. Please monitor the email address you used during registration, as enrollment is not complete until all required forms have been submitted and approved by the Greater Holyoke YMCA.

Kick off our 2026 Kids Summer Performance Series with a fun-filled comedy magic show!

Ed Popielarczyk is a professional magician, balloon sculptor, flea circus ringmaster, and storyteller with over 40 years of experience entertaining children and family audiences. As featured in Wondertime Magazine (Disney, 2008), Ed specializes in what makes kids laugh—and gets the whole audience involved in the magic.

This interactive comedy magic show makes the kids the stars—they help make the magic happen! Each trick is part of a playful story full of surprises, laughter, and audience participation.

👧🧒 Appropriate for ages 3 and up
