Congratulations to our Firefighter Christian Reece who was presented with Firefighter of the Year by Friends of Memorial Lane. Christian has been a huge help to the department since he has joined. Last night, your Station 70 firefighters trained on extended hose lays, pump operations, and fireground tactics—continuing to sharpen the skills that keep our community safe.

We train every Tuesday at 7 PM and always welcome visitors. Stop by to learn more about volunteering, supporting your local fire department, or to see firsthand how we serve and protect our community.

A huge thank you to Girl Scout Troop 2316 for bringing plenty of cookies! We enjoyed showing them around the station demonstrating different types of equipment. We ended the night off with training on a new hose load that will better suit the membership and district layout when needed.
