Hello the pool is going to officially open today. This weekend there will be no passes needed, but we are going to hold off and have the opening pool party next weekend. The weather does not look favorable for tomorrow and so I would rather wait until the sunny is shining and it is warmer. I will make an event for the pool party, so everyone has the details.

Pool Opening Weekend!!!!
The first weekend Friday to Monday will be no passes required. We will have the pool open on Friday the 22nd but will have big season opener on Saturday, more details to come.

Starting Tuesday, the 26th, you will not be able to access the pool without a pass. If you want to either IM or send me a text (817-915-7231) I can meet you at the office after 5pm to obtain passes. I will be at the office all day Wednesday the 27th.

If you are current on your dues and paying cash for the add' l passes you can obtain them at the pool gate but if you need to pay for past dues or pay with a credit card or check please make sure to have this done before you want to swim due to the office might not be open when you come to swim.

Pool Passes Assigned ⛱️
If you have already had your pool passes assigned to people you your household and want to reassign them to someone else in your home. Please either come by the office to update your information or send an email to [email protected] to have them updated.

We have had no one registry to cook for the competition, only the winner from last year. If I don't get anyone to registry today, we are going to have to cancel the event for tomorrow.
Please text me at 817-915-7231 if you would like to be one of the cooks.

Good morning Everyone,

Due to some unfortunate circumstances we no longer have an Office Manager and the office will be closed today as well. I am going to try and find someone to replace her but it might take a little bit. Emails will be checked and responded as soon as I can get to them.

Just in case you don’t know this about me I do have a FT job that comes first, so I will get to everything as soon as I can.

Pool tags ! Signs up start tonight at the office from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.

Pool tags issued to owners who are current on due.

Get a free tag per owner. Each tag is going to be assigned to each person obtaining a pool pass .

additional tags for household members are $25.00 a tag for the seasons.

Dues must be current!

Non residents will be $5 a day or $50 for a season pass.

We are in need of volunteers to help with the pool cleaning that is needed daily and need to see if there are any volunteers that knows how to ride the mowing tractor. Please contact the office if you are capable of helping the HOA out.
