A Message from The TNR Program Chair -
Hello all!
I just want to be clear that I am not asking people to START feeding the feral cats. We want them to be as cat like as possible and eat the rodents and snakes. However, if you are already feeding a crew, please don't stop as they are now accustomed to being fed and they are the easiest to trap and fix.

Need Help finding the feet and floor of these pictures. They have the little girls tablet and we feel they are trying to unlock it to find who it belongs too, but can’t get it unlocked. Any help would be greatly appreciated, also if you have the tablet and looking to return it reach out to Joey Hudson

Our ASOA Fall Market Fundraiser is coming up on October 2 & 3, and all fundraising proceeds will go toward future updates to our community park!
There are so many ways to get involved:
Host a Yard Sale: Put your driveway on the official event map for a $5 donation!
Be a Vendor (or Invite Friends!): Have a craft, small business, or direct-sales brand? Set up a booth with us—or invite your favorite local vendor friends to join!
ASOA Owner Perk: ASOA owners can set up a 10'x10' spot near the Community Room, under the awning or trees! First come, first served, so get signed up soon if you want one of those spots!
Silent Auction: We are collecting items for the Silent Auction or just come check out (& bid on!) the other great auction items!

There is currently an issue with the water service in the neighborhood. According to the Customer Service Representative I spoke with, the electric company broke a line and a repair crew is in route. She stated that a text message was sent to the affected customers, stating there is not yet an estimated time of return of service. The work crew will send out an update once they have assessed the situation.

We received a notice from Texas Water Utilities that Stage 1 Drought Restrictions are now in effect in our area. Please go to www.swwc.com/texas/drought (or click the image below) to learn exact details on the outdoor water use restrictions.

There are certain ways they need our help in order to cut down on daily usage. Overall, they are asking us to please minimize our water use to very early in the morning, or late at night. You can refer to the mandated watering schedule below, which they have put in place.

Watering Day Schedule -
Address ends in 0, 1, 4, 7: Monday/Thursday
Address ends in 2, 5, 8: Tuesday/Friday
Address ends in 3, 6, 9: Wednesday/Saturday

Violations & Penalties -
There will be penalties for customers who are found to be in violation of their set restrictions.
First Violation: The customer will be notified by written notice of their specific violation.
Second Violation: After written notice, the utility may install a flow restricting device in the line to limit the amount of water which will pass through the meter in a 24-hour period. The utility may charge the customer for the actual cost of installing and removing the flow restricting device, not to exceed $50.
Third Violation: The utility may discontinue service at the meter for a period of seven (7) days, or until the end of the calendar month, whichever period is shorter. The normal reconnect fee of the utility will apply for restoration of service.
