For your convenience attached is the 2026 Pool Release Agreement for printing purposes. This form needs to be completed, signed and turned into the office before your pool fob will be activated and ready to use. These forms are also available during office hours beginning Thursday, May 21 (11:00 am-3:00 pm). During that time your pool fob can be activated and ready to use when the pool officially opens, Saturday, May 23, 2026. These forms will also remain available in the office anytime afterwards.

You may also drop the completed, signed form in the night drop at the office if they are closed, but will need to contact the office and coordinate your fob being activated.

Indian Harbor Pool Fob Pickup & Activation Update/Follow-up

This is a follow-up regarding pool fob pickup and activation.

Please note that Thursday, May 21, 2026 is the first official day for fob pickup and activation. If you are unable to attend on that date, completed agreements may be dropped off and fobs activated at the on-site office during regular office hours after May 21.

Additional information, including more dates and opportunities for pickup and activation, will be shared with the community next week.
