Spring practice for boys grades 5-8 will be Wednesday and Friday afternoon at Central High School.

There is still time to register.

Boys Teams are Grades 5/6, & 7/8.  We may need to combine grades to meet numbers for team.  With parent permission 4th grade boys can play on the 5/6 team.

Free girls lacrosse clinic across the river.

The Powhatan High School Girls Lacrosse team is holding a FREE GIRLS ONLY clinic this Saturday, February 3rd. The Clinic will be held at the Powhatan Administration Field, 3834 Old Buckingham Rd. and will run from 10:00am – 11:30am. This is the PERFECT opportunity to invite any friends that may be interested in giving lacrosse a try. Powhatan Lacrosse will have equipment available to borrow for those who do not have goggles and sticks. Please spread the word, invite your friends and help us grow the GIRLS program!! Boys Teams are Grades 5/6, & 7/8.  We may need to combine grades to meet numbers for team.  With parent permission 4th grade boys can play on the 5/6 team.

3-4th Grades Plays 7v7 or 10v10 (depending on #'s)
5-6th and 7-8th Grades Play 10v10
All grades are full equipment and traditional rules.
We would like to have ~15 plays on a team and may need to combine larger grade groups for games (with parent/guardian approval).

Season runs March to Mid-May with 1-2x weeknight practice and games on Saturdays.
