🐻💙💛 Introducing Bear Grants — Helping Great Ideas Come to Life!

Our BPES teachers and staff have incredible ideas, and we want to help make them happen!

We’re excited to introduce Bear Grants, a proposed new PTA program that would provide funding opportunities for staff-led projects, creative classroom resources, enrichment activities, and other initiatives that benefit our students.

🗳️ PTA MEMBERS — The proposed Bear Grants program will be brought to a membership vote at our next PTA meeting on Tuesday, November 10, at 6:30 PM.

We encourage all PTA members to review the Bear Grants documents ahead of the meeting so everyone has time to familiarize themselves with the proposal and come prepared with questions.

WE DID IT, BEARS! 💙💛

We’ve officially reached 59% of our $8,000 fundraising goal — that’s $4,730 raised for Bushy Park Elementary!

But we’re not slowing down now! Our next challenge? 75% by Tuesday night! Can we make it happen?!

Happy Birthday to our one-of-a-kind PTA President, Aly! 💙💛

If there were extra hours in the day, we’re pretty sure Aly would find a way to dedicate those to BPES, too!

From big ideas to behind-the-scenes magic, she pours countless hours, endless energy, and SO much heart into making our school community amazing. And somehow, she makes it all look fun!

We’re at 46% of our $8,000 fundraising goal, with $3,720 raised and 100 participants signed up!
