Join us for a Nature Walk with Gwen on Saturday, June 27 at 11:00 AM at the Meadow.

Gwen Alegre, Craneridge’s own New York Master Naturalist, will lead an educational walk focused on invasive plants and insects found here in Craneridge. She will also discuss the importance of native plants in our woodlands and on our properties.

The theme is “It may be green, but it’s not all good,” and the walk will help residents better understand the plants and insects that can affect our local environment.

Please RSVP to [email protected].

Presented by Our Woodlands & Habitat at Craneridge.

A reminder from the Craneridge Architectural Committee:

Summer is a popular time for property improvements, renovations, and additions. Before beginning work, please remember that major structural renovations or projects that change the appearance of your property require approval from the Architectural Committee and may also require a permit from the Town of Concord.

Routine maintenance, such as replacing damaged panels, stairs, siding, or shingles, generally does not require approval. Window replacements do require approval.

If you will be placing a dumpster or metal storage container on your property, please contact the committee and let us know how long it will be there.

Please submit project requests through HOA Assist with enough time for the committee to review and approve them before construction begins. Starting work without the necessary approval or permits could result in Town of Concord Code Enforcement stopping the project.

Homeowners who are behind on their Craneridge assessments must bring their account up to date before a project can move forward. Penalties may also apply in certain situations.

The Architectural Committee is made up of five Craneridge residents and will work with homeowners to help approved projects move forward.

Construction is currently underway for the pool shelter electric project and is expected to be completed tomorrow.

Please use caution if you are in the area. There is an open trench and uneven ground in portions of the driveway and near the playground. Safety cones have been placed to mark the work areas.

Thank you for your patience while this project is being completed, and please be careful around the construction areas.

Craneridge Pool Update

The Pool Committee is currently working through issues with maintaining the water level of the pool. Beauty Pools is unable to return to pressure test the lines until next week, and due to the busy season, no other pool companies are available at this time.

Starting Monday, the committee will begin isolation testing different areas of the pool to help narrow down the source of the issue. Representatives from the Pool Committee will also be at the board meeting on Monday to discuss the concerns, what has been done so far, and the next steps.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as the committee continues working to identify and resolve the issue.

Craneridge needs your voice!

Our community is looking for more residents who are willing to get involved and help keep Craneridge moving forward. The Craneridge Board of Directors would love to see a few more residents, both longtime neighbors and newer members of the community, consider joining the board for the coming term beginning this summer.

Volunteer participation has been low recently, and while it is easy to think, “I’m sure somebody else will do it,” we are running out of somebodys. You do not need to have all the answers or know exactly how you would contribute. Sometimes the best first step is simply learning more about what is involved.

Serving on the board is a meaningful way to help shape the future of our community, meet more of your neighbors, and support the neighborhood we all value.

If you would like to know more, please call, text, or email Dan Williams at 716-523-8774 or [email protected]
