Our Wellness Day 5k and Health Fair is only two weeks away! On Saturday, September 12th, join us in the morning at Sprague Brook Park for a 5K trail run or 2K walk ! You can register at Breadoflife5k.itsyourrace.com The first 100 racers to sign up will receive an awesome green plaid blanket.

At 11 o’clock, join us at Bread Of Life Outreach Center- 8745 Supervisor Ave, Colden, NY for our Health Fair- The race awards will be presented! 🥇🥈🥉
You can get your flu shot and/or have your blood pressure checked!!!
Of course, we’ll have our world famous hot dogs and carrot dogs that will be hot on the grill . We will have bunches of exhibitors and vendors(visit them all for a chance to win $100 Wegmans gift card). There will be a basket raffle, Josh Allen signed Football raffle, cute little ponies to visit and… FOAM RIDER BUBBLE FUN FROM 12 TO 2! ALL KIDS ARE WELCOME TO ENJOY THE BUBBLE FOAM FUN! 🫧🫧🫧
It’s also the same day as the Colden Festival just one block down the road, so lots to enjoy!

Mark your calendars! Saturday September 12th will be the BOLO Wellness Day and health fair. The day starts with our 5K trail run/walk at Sprague Brook Park. The runners and walkers will head to the BOLO campus for awards at the health fair which will go from 11am to 3pm. There will be lots of exhibitors, give-aways, a basket raffle, and the last chance to get tickets for a Josh Allen signed football. The winner will be drawn at the health fair. Every kids favorite... the Foam Bubble Rider will be there from noon until 2pm. Can't have too many bubbles!😍🫧

Thank you to Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart for your community service hours shared with us today! You accomplished a-lot of things today- weeding, bagging pet food for the food pantry, washing dishes and windows, dusting, sorting housewares, putting together gift mugs and more. 😃♥️ Have a great school year!! We look forward to the next time we see you.

Be one of the first 100 to sign up for the Wellness Day 5k or 2 mile run and receive a roll up blanket! Runners/Walkers also receive a tote bag, meal ticket and other goodies! After the run head back to BOLO for our annual Wellness Day vendor show. Bring the kids out for bubbles, face painting and to meet Buddy the pony! Get tickets for our basket raffle including a signed football from Josh Allen, lift tickets from Kissing Bridge All Seasons Resort , and many more amazing baskets! You can also catch the shuttle down and enjoy the Colden Festival.
