🌅 Rise and shine! We were up bright and early this morning to join the Rotary Club of Glenview Sunrise for their annual Community Grant Awards Breakfast. What a wonderful way to start off the day!

The Food Pantry is incredibly grateful to receive a generous grant from the Rotary Club of Glenview Sunrise. Their continued commitment to supporting local organizations helps strengthen our community and ensures that neighbors facing food insecurity have access to the nutritious food and essential items they need.

It was also inspiring to see so many fellow nonprofits and community partners gathered together in one room. We are fortunate to work alongside so many dedicated organizations that share a common goal of serving and uplifting our neighbors. Thank you for all that you do!

We are honored to be among this year's grant recipients.

🌧️ Rainy skies couldn't keep us away from the opening day of the Northbrook Farmers Market!

This morning, Northfield Township Assessor and Food Pantry Board Vice-President Alida Nally was proud to attend the Market's opening to celebrate a partnership built on inclusion, generosity, and community care.

We're especially grateful for the Market's ongoing partnership with the Food Pantry. Every Wednesday through mid-fall, generous vendors donate fresh produce and other goods to help feed our neighbors in Northbrook, Northfield, and Glenview.

💙 Mark your calendars for Summer Stock on August 19 when we'll be collecting much-needed personal hygiene and household cleaning items to help stock our shelves and support local families.

Thank you to everyone who braved the rain and helped kick off another great Farmers Market season!

When the sun went down, the energy only went up! 🌅✨

A huge thank you to everyone who stayed late, danced, and celebrated with us during the After-Sunset portion of Summer Fest on Saturday!

We are excited to announce that the evening crowd kept the generosity rolling, raising $3,526.85 for the Food Pantry! 🌟

We owe much gratitude to the Glenview Chamber of Commerce for inviting the Food Pantry to be the beneficiary charity for this event- these funds will make a big impact in our ability to fight food insecurity in our community.

Thank you for making this year's Summer Fest a night to remember! 💙🌙

☀️ What a wonderful weekend at Glenview Summer Fest 2026!

Northfield Township Supervisor Shiva Mohsenzadeh, Clerk Caryn Fliegler, and Assessor Alida Nally had a fantastic time connecting with residents, answering questions, and sharing information about the many services and resources available through the Township & Food Pantry.

We also want to extend a sincere thank you to the Glenview Chamber of Commerce for hosting this event and for making Summer Fest such a beloved annual tradition in our community.

Congratulations on celebrating the 50th Annual Summer Fest! We’re grateful to have been part of this milestone celebration and already look forward to seeing everyone again next year.

Summer Fest is finally here! Join us at the Glenview Chamber of Commerce's 50th Annual Summer Fest today at the Glenview Metra Station! ☀️

Northfield Township will be out during the day (9am–3pm) connecting with neighbors, having fun in the sun with kids activities, enjoying local art, and great food. We are also thrilled to share that the Northfield Township Food Pantry is the door donation beneficiary for the After Sunset part of the event (6–10pm) featuring Liz Berg & Duo and headliner Soda! 🎶

Come for the fun, stay for the music, and help feed a neighbor. See ya there! 🍉

Your summer plans just got better! 🕶️ ☀️

Northfield Township will be at the Glenview Chamber of Commerce's 50th Annual Summer Fest on Saturday, June 13 at the Glenview Metra Station and we want to see you there!

Stop by our booth from 9am to 3pm and visit while enjoying family activities, local art, great food, and all the summer fun the season has to offer.

Later in the day, the After Sunset leg of the event from 6pm to 10pm features musical acts Liz Berg & Duo, and headliner Soda, with door donations directly benefiting the Northfield Township Food Pantry. Get your VIP tickets now!
