Kathleen and Denise from GlobalMedic were on the ground in Shahumyan, Armenia, delivering food, clothing, and essential supplies to families displaced from Artsakh. In partnership with the Gurgen Multi-Children Family Foundation, the team was supporting households who were forced to flee along with more than 120,000 others and are now rebuilding their lives from scratch.
Through this collaboration, they received practical support to stabilize daily life, food to put on the table, clothing for their children, and resources to help them to stabilize.
One powerful example of that support is “Tony the Cow,” donated through the foundation. That single donation now provides milk, butter, yogurt, and cheese — sustainable nutrition that gives a family both food security and dignity. It’s not just relief. It’s restoration.
GlobalMedic continues working with trusted partners on the ground to ensure aid reaches displaced families who need it most.

Մեր հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը ուղղված է սատար կանգնել հիմնադրամի շահառուներ՝ Արցախի Քաշաթաղի շրջանից տեղահանված բազմազավակ ընտանիքներին։
Մայիսի 3-ին, , մեր հոգաբարձության խորհրդի անդամները մեծ ուրախությամբ, շահառուներին հանձնեցին իրենց հասանելիք օգնությունը։

Այսօր կայացավ Հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձության խորհրդի հերթական նիստը, որին ներկա էր նաև «Թեքեյան Կենտրոն» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Արմեն Ծուլիկյանը։ Արցախի հայաթափումից հետո, Հիմնադրամը բազմազան օգնություն է ստացել «Թեքեյան Կենտրոն»-ի կողմից։
Նիստի ժամանակ քննարկվեցին մի շարք հարցեր, ընդունվեց համագործակցությունը շարունակելու որոշում՝ Արցախից բռնագաղթված բազմազավակ ընտանիքներին աջակցելու նպատակով։
Նիստին նաև ներկա էին արտերկրից ժամանած հոգաբարձության խորհրդի անդամները։

Dear Diane Jean Barsam thank you for choosing to walk this path with us and for reminding us that we are not alone.
Thanks to the Barsam’s large family, beneficiaries of the Foundation, 15 families forcibly displaced from Artsakh have received donations of cows.
Your commitment to providing us with the means to establish a steady source of dairy products is a gift that goes far beyond the physical sustenance it provides.

Rooted in the support of our dedicated donors and partners, we continue our efforts to make life just a little bit easier for the forcibly displaced families of Artsakh.
Through our collective work, we strive to provide relief, hope, and sustainability to families who have faced unimaginable hardships .
As we have many times stated, among our many esteemed partners, one organization stands out for its dedication and hands-on approach—GlobalMedic from Canada․
GlobalMedic does not simply offer assistance from afar. Instead, they travel to Armenia every month, immense themselves in the culture, actively participate in our relief efforts. Their involvement is not just about delivery aid, it is about building relationships, understanding the struggles firsthand and make a lasting impact.
Canadian volunteers from “Global Medic” Al Mclaren and Caroline Haddad traveled all the way to Armenia this weekend to join Foundation's board members and deliver food hampers on their behalf to beneficiaries of the Foundation to more than 55 families forcibly displaced from Artsakh. In fact, it is Al Mclaren’s second visit to Yerevan.
The families with 3 to 9 children also received other food supplies on foundation's behalf.
We are truly grateful to volunteers and staff members of GlobalMedic for their willingness and compassion on this humanitarian mission. They bring cheer and carefree moments to the families
