Supporting PGE Customers Through the Income-Qualified Bill Discount Program
PGE believes that access to safe, reliable energy should never be out of reach. That’s why the utility created the Income-Qualified Bill Discount (IQBD) program (portlandgeneral.com/iqbd)—to help ease the financial burden for customers who need it most.

PGE’s IQBD program provides ongoing, monthly help with your PGE bill - even if you already receive assistance from other agencies. The monthly bill discount is based on household size and income, and could be between 15% and 80%. PGE doesn’t require any financial documents from you to apply. They’ll only need to know your household size and average gross annual household income.

We are VERY excited to announce the reopening of the food pantry on Wednesday, October 8th from 3-530p at our NEW location inside of Kraxberger Middle School. We are asking that shoppers don't arrive before 245p to allow students and families time to leave after dismissal. Gladstone School district families will have priority shopping at 3p with proof of enrollment.
