What a wonderful turnout to the 2026 Fall Housing and Senior Services Fair! It was amazing to see so many members of our community be able to gather information, learn about resources, and connect with trusted organizations and businesses in our area.

The NCPRD Board of Directors approved two intergovernmental agreements today, Oct. 1, between the District and the City of Milwaukie.

For the last 18 months, the NCPRD Board and staff have been in discussions with the City of Milwaukie Council and staff to update the 2008 Cooperative IGA that governs the relationship between the two parties and finalize an IGA for $4.8 million to fund construction of Milwaukie Bay Park – Phase III and transfer operations and maintenance responsibility of the park to Milwaukie.
