Good morning neighbors,
Wow, what an incredible night at the final Concerts in the Park . Great band, huge crowd and lots of fun for all who attended. Thank you City of Oregon City and OC Parks and Recreation for putting on a tremendous Summer Concerts Series. Thank you to our volunteers Denyse, Damon , Tim and Brian ( not shown) we had an amazing night at the sno-cone booth. Thank you also to all of our amazing sno-coneistas that volunteered all summer. We appreciate each and every one of you. And most importantly, we would like to thank the citizens of Oregon City ( and beyond) who were so supportive of the McLoughlin Neighborhood Association.

Good afternoon neighbors, the City and the Oregon City Police have rescheduled the Neighbors Night Out event for Tuesday August 25, 2026 from 5:30-8:00pm. Get out and meet your neighbors at this fun event, see you there.

Good afternoon neighbors, as the McLoughlin I&I sewer repair, replacement program winds down. We thought it would be interesting to know what was going on in ( and under) the neighborhood the past couple months. Here is an update from the contractors.
This project :
- Bored through 890 linear feet of solid
rock
- Rhabilitated, repaired or installed 4,114 Linear feet of pipes for sewer and laterals.
- Installed 19 new manholes.
- Repaired 64 laterals to citizens homes.
- All of this was done with no cost to the individual homeowners. Each step of the way, they worked towards a more resilient and efficient treatment plant.
Excellent Job to all the partners in this project. The McLoughlin Neighborhood Association thanks you for your dedication to this project.
What's next? Looking forward to the next project, The Linn 3 project, primarily based in the Mcloughlin Neighborhood. Work starts this winter.

Good morning neighbors,
WOW, what a weekend in the McLoughlin Neighborhood. The streets were full of garage sale shoppers, the air was full of music of all kinds, and the restaurants were full of diners, and everyone was out enjoying the beautiful weather.
We would like to thank all of the participants of the Annual McLoughlin Neighborhood Sale and all those shoppers that came out in force from all over the metro area, we even had a couple from Australia visiting.
We hope those of you had a great and lucrative sale, we would love to hear about your experience and get your comments on what we could do better next year. Drop us a line at [email protected] and give us your thoughts.

What a great day in the neighborhood. It is rocking this weekend in the McLoughlin Neighborhood. If you get a chance get out and visit some of the great yard sales or the great concerts in the hood. Watch out for all the walkers, lots of people on the roads today.

Neither smoke nor heat nor dusky light kept this team of volunteers from their sno-cone duty tonight. Crowds were thinner but the music was good and the crowd was dancing. Thank you volunteers, John, Tim, Pat, Amanda and Denise and of course Brian ( behind the camera ( not shown). We had a fun night. Thanks to Oregon City and Parks and Recreation for putting on a great Summer Concert Series. Thank you to Oregon City neighbors and friends for your support of the McLoughlin Neighborhood Association. See you next week for the big finale.
