🌞📚🏊 We're excited to announce that two favorite programs are returning to Hickory Park Pool this season!

📖 Story Time at the Pool
Join us on select Thursdays at 2:00 PM for stories in the shade. Our first Story Time will be this Thursday, June 18. Johanna Troelsch, a member of our Recreation Committee, will be sharing fun stories with children while families enjoy an afternoon at the pool.

🏊 Senior Swim
Senior Swim returns every Friday from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, beginning this Friday, June 19. Members with a Senior Pool Pass can enjoy the pool before it opens to the public, whether for lap swimming or a relaxing morning swim.

Join New Hanover Township Parks & Recreation for an informative session tomorrow Wednesday, June 17, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Township Building. We'll provide a guided overview of the RecDesk system and show you how to make the most of its features.

Topics will include:
✔ Setting up a household account
✔ Signing up for programs and activities
✔ Purchasing memberships and passes
✔ Reserving Township facilities
✔ Managing your account information online

This is a great opportunity to get your questions answered and learn how RecDesk can simplify your Parks & Recreation experience.

🚧 Community Park Playground Closure Notice 🚧

Please be advised that the playground at Community Park (2766 Gail Drive, Gilbertsville) will be closed beginning today, June 16, through early next week for renovations.

We appreciate your patience as we make improvements to help make the playground safer and more enjoyable for our community. We will post another announcement once the playground is ready to reopen.
