IMPORTANT UPDATE- Gilbertsville Elementary Spring Basket Party 3/15/24

It’s one week until the party and we have some exciting announcements to make. We have well over 300 amazing baskets for you to win!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼With this many baskets, we realized we didn’t have enough space and needed to make a venue change STAT! 😳🤪🤩

Our new location for the party: Hope Community Church, 2732 N Charlotte Street, Gilbertsville, PA 19525.

We have been working hard to notify anyone who has already purchased tickets before we announce on social media. Thank you for your patience as we work through this.

With the venue change, we have decided to also make the following adjustments:

- Doors will now open at 4 pm. Come early, bring your dinner or snacks, and add those tickets!

- We will begin pulling tickets promptly at 7 pm. We will ask our guests to take their seats around 6:45 pm so we can make announcements & review the rules. Then the fun begins!

Also, just a few quick reminders:

- On Wednesday night 3/13/24 we will send out the Basket Party program so you can review the baskets beforehand! This will only be emailed out to those who purchased tickets. If you purchased a ticket for someone else please forward the program to your friends.

- Tickets are still available but going fast! Entry ticket includes 25 basket chance tickets & 1 grand prize ticket for $30.

- Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited seating. We WILL sell out, so don’t wait to buy a ticket!

- Extra regular tickets are available for $5/ 25 tickets. Grand Prize tickets are $2 each, 3 for $5, and 7 for $10. 50/50 Tickets are also available for $1 each, 6 for $5, and 15 for $10.

- You can bring your own snacks, desserts, and drinks to share with your table. We will NOT be selling food.

- No alcoholic beverages, please.

the basket party is March 15 at GES - doors open at 5PM. you can purchase individual tickets - a table (8 people) OR you can select our newest ticket option "solo". The solo ticket option will ask for a grade and teacher name. we will take that information and seat you at a table with other attendees from the same grade or class! what a great way to meet new people AND have a fun night out!

Wanting to attend the GES Basket Party but unsure of who to go with? We have the solution for you!

Purchase your solo ticket and indicate a grade level/teacher of one of your students –and we will try to sit you at a table with others from that grade/teacher!

Tickets will be $30 and we will find a seat for you with new friends! If this is something you are interested in, please purchase your ticket by 3/10 to ensure the committee has time to create tables based on purchases!
