Dear Cooley Station Residents,

We are pleased to announce that the repairs to the Yeager Pool have been completed and the pool is now open for resident use.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during the temporary closure while necessary repairs were made to the pool's filtration system. We appreciate your cooperation as we worked to resolve the issue and ensure the facility could be safely returned to service.

We hope you enjoy the pool and wish everyone a safe and enjoyable summer season.

Dear Cooley Station Residents,

The Yeager Pool is temporarily closed due to an unexpected equipment failure affecting the pool's filtration system.

Our pool vendor has evaluated the issue and determined that additional repairs and equipment replacement are necessary before the pool can safely reopen. The Association is actively working with the vendor to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

For the safety of residents and to ensure proper water quality, the Yeager Pool will remain closed until the necessary repairs have been completed and the filtration system is fully operational.

Please note that the Waite Pool remains open and available for resident use during this time.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to restore service.

BOTH pools experienced vandalism over the weekend. Furniture was damaged and thrown into both pools. There are tire marks on the brand new decking at the Cole/Frye pool which cost thousand of dollars. There will be an email sent out to all homeowners. Parents PLEASE do not let your children use the pools without adult supervision. It may be convenient for you, but it is not safe and the vandalism adds to the cost of ownership in the community. We can do better!
