Constitution Week USA There is no charge to attend. Please follow links to RSVP. On February 29, 1952, the US Congress designated September 17th as "Citizenship Day."

In place of the annual Constitution Fair that was typically held at the Gilbert Civic Center, Heritage Academy has offered to host a Constitution Week Community Concert in place of it. (36 U.S.C. 106) On August 2, 1956, Congress requested that the President of the United States proclaim the week beginning September 17th and ending September 23 of each year as "Constitution Week." (36 U.S.C. 108)

Thanks to the many citizens of Gilbert and generous sponsors, our festival has now become the largest celebration of the U.S. Constitution in America.

A big thank you to Rusty Bowers for being our keynote speaker, vocalists Kirsten Hanchett Millsap, and Robert Briggeman Day for incredible performances, to all the schools who participated and sang their hearts out, and to the sponsors who helped Heritage Academy host another successful Constitution Week Concert this year at Higley Center. Thank you to Leaded Revolution for sharing her beautiful artwork of our Early-American heroes in the lobby. And a special thank you to everyone who attended this year!! We love this annual tradition of celebrating the Constitution with our entire community.
