🍦🍨MEET OUR TEAM🍨🍦

Today, we have two rising high school seniors in the spotlight! Izzy (on the left) and Alice (on the right) are not only work besties, they are the best of friends in real life, too!

FIRST UP-
Meet Izzy, who is back for her second season at Mr. G's. She admits that her two favorite things about working here are trying the different flavors and working with her friends (especially Alice). Her least favorite part is when milkshakes or flurries spray her. Izzy will be starting her senior year of high school in a few weeks where you’ll find her on the basketball team, field hockey team, and part of numerous clubs.

Favorite ice cream flavor? Party cake

What do you enjoy in your free time? Playing basketball and field hockey, shopping with my mom, and hanging out with friends.

Favorite season? Summer because I love the beach and the sun.

Favorite food? Anything that is chicken bacon ranch.

Dream vacation? Going to the Amalfi coast in Italy and Greece.

Future goals? Go to college to major in business and possibly go into real estate.

Meet Alice, working her second season here at Mr. G's. You’ll see a common thread between these two, as Alice also says the best part of working here is working with her friends! She also enjoys getting to know people who are here visiting Gettysburg. Her least favorite part of the job is when a milkshake decides to explode in the mixing process. Alice will also be starting her senior year of high school in a few weeks! You’ll find Alice on the basketball team as well as involved in clubs such as Student Council and Key Club!

Favorite ice cream flavor? Nanny’s Sunshine or Black Raspberry.

What do you enjoy in your free time? Playing basketball, going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and reading.

Favorite season? Either fall because the leaves change color and I can watch Michigan football, or the winter because I love snow!

Favorite food? Spaghetti bolognese

Dream vacation? My dream vacation is to go to Austria with my family.

Future goals? Go to college, hopefully a midwestern school, where I plan to major in pre-med in order to become a doctor.

We had a fantastic time at Pole Steeple and Fuller Lake today! We will always remember this as the Savi and the Brochachos Tour! Or the day the kids found a broken fishing rod and it became the day’s most beloved token.

God is good and this day was glorious!

It’s a youth pastor party! Brian and Andrea were two of the three youth pastors that shepherded this silly fool through high school! It was a delight to bump into them while visiting Nawakwa on Wednesday!
