🎉 The future of the YMCA in Georgetown is officially underway!

As highlighted by Community Impact, representatives from the City of Georgetown and YMCA of Central Texas gathered on May 29 to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Sport Clips Family YMCA.

The 55,000-square-foot facility will become Georgetown’s first full-service YMCA, bringing expanded opportunities for youth development, healthy living, family activities, and senior wellness programs to our growing community.

This project has been years in the making and is made possible through the partnership of the City of Georgetown, YMCA of Central Texas, the Georgetown YMCA Founders Group, Sport Clips, local donors, and community supporters.

We are grateful to everyone who has helped bring this vision to life and can't wait to welcome the community through these doors in the months ahead. 💙

Big things are happening at Twin Lakes Family YMCA! 💙🌲

Community Impact recently highlighted the exciting additions coming to Camp Twin Lakes this summer, including the Orr Family Sky Trail Adventure Course and the Avery Family Pavilion.

These new spaces were created to give kids, families, schools, and the community opportunities to build confidence, try new things, celebrate together, and make lasting memories.

This project is a true example of community collaboration, and we are incredibly grateful to Williamson County, our donors, and everyone who helped bring this vision to life. We can’t wait to welcome the community out to experience it all this summer! 🙌✨
