Great job today everyone! First Congressional Church and OCFP volunteers joined together to serve 85 people, build 33 orders, feed 29 families, welcome 4 new families and deliver to 5 shut-ins.

Today the OCFP and North Life Church volunteers served 61 people, pack 23 orders, feed 18 families, delivered to two shut/ins and welcomed 3 new families.

It was a marvelous celebration, and on behalf of all of our amazing OCFP volunteers, we would like to thank the RSVP and Otsego County United Way for making us all feel special ... and FULL!

“We Feed People.” 🧡

It’s a simple motto, but the volunteers at the Otsego County Food Pantry live those words every single day.

As one of RSVP’s largest volunteer stations, this incredible crew works tirelessly to make sure our neighbors have food on their tables. Rain or shine. Ice or summer heat. Bright and early in the morning, some Saturdays, and even some evenings — they show up and get to work.

And here’s something pretty amazing: the Otsego County Food Pantry is 100% volunteer run. Every box packed, shelf stocked, delivery unloaded and person served happens because volunteers choose to give their time to help others.

So, this time, we got to serve them. 🥞☕❤️

RSVP hosted an appreciation brunch yesterday to spoil this wonderful group with a delicious breakfast and, more importantly, remind them just how much their hard work means to our community.

To our Otsego County Food Pantry volunteers: thank you for showing up, digging in, lifting, sorting, stocking, packing, delivering and doing whatever needs to be done — all so you can do exactly what you say you do: WE FEED PEOPLE.

We are so lucky to have you! 🧡

FREE PRODUCE GIVAWAY! There will be a free "produce only" truck on Monday, August 31st from 9:30-11 at the Otsego County Food Pantry. Everyone welcome!

We will not be using the school parking lot for registration. so please be respectful of the school traffic and enter the Pantry parking lot for distribution after 9 am at the white shed.
