🌟 Congratulations to Our 2026 Scholarship Recipients! 🌟

The Otsego County United Way is proud to recognize two outstanding young women whose hard work, dedication, and commitment to their communities have earned them scholarships to support their educational journeys.

🎓 Alyssa Wangler has been awarded the 2026 Otsego County United Way Volunteer Center Scholarship. Alyssa will be attending the University of Michigan, where she plans to study Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology.

🎓 Ashlyn Wohlfeil has been awarded the 2026 Erin Mann JEDI Community Achievement Award Scholarship. Ashlyn will be attending Rochester Christian University and pursuing a degree in Elementary Education.

These scholarships recognize students who exemplify service, leadership, and a desire to make a positive impact in the world around them. We are incredibly proud of Alyssa and Ashlyn and look forward to seeing all they accomplish in the years ahead.

Today is Judi's last day with us, and it's hard to put into words just how much she will be missed.

If you've ever had the privilege of knowing Judi, you know what a truly special person she is. She has a heart for helping others, a genuine love for this community, and a way of making every person who walked through the doors of The Refuge feel seen, heard, and cared for.

Over the years, Judi has touched countless lives. The impact she has made extends far beyond our building and will continue to be felt throughout our community for years to come.

While we're sad to see her retire, we are so excited for this next chapter and all the adventures ahead. Thank you, Judi, for everything you've given to this community.

Congratulations and happy retirement—you have certainly earned it. ❤️ Please join us in wishing Judi all the best!
